Roden Manufacturing uses high-precision CNC lasers to cut and shape metal tubing into custom designs, such as holes, slots, and specific lengths for our clients. Our 3D 5-Axis laser allows laser cutting after bending and/or forming. This is crucial in order to prevent hole deformation and/or to prevent the material from tearing. When the application demands precision coping or end cutting after bending, we can hold tight tolerances by laser cutting. There are no tube size constraints. As long as the part will fit on the table (75” x 122”) it can be lasered.

From simple mounting holes to intricate architectural features, precision is essential. Our laser cutting capabilities deliver clean, accurate, and complex cuts on a variety of tube materials.
