Tube Bending Services

Roden Manufacturing utilizes quality, accurate tube bending machines that allow us to bend tubes to our clients’ exact specifications. As a result, we can create intricate parts in a variety of configurations. We use a mandrel system that places flexible plastic blocks inside the tube during bending. These blocks reinforce the tube’s interior to prevent wrinkling and distortion, and they allow for greater bending force on thicker, harder-to-shape tubes. The blocks flex and adjust to follow the bend. Because Roden Manufacturing cold-rolls rather than heat-rolls our tubing, our process is more cost-effective—allowing us to pass those savings on to our customers.
